about your appointment
Appointment Cancelation or Reschedule Policy Update
At FOX & FINCH, we truly understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. As a one-time courtesy, we’re happy to accommodate your reschedule request on this occasion.
However, for future reference, please keep in mind our salon policy:
- When appointments are forgotten, canceled, or changed without sufficient notice, it impacts both our ability to accommodate other guests and the livelihood of our stylists, who are not paid for missed appointment time.
- Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or on the day of the appointment, will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled service.

Appointments

Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, however, we request a 48-hour cancelation notice.

We confirm all appointments via, text, email, or phone call and send out appointment reminders.

Any appointment canceled less than 48 hours before or during the day of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled service that was canceled.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will NOT be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another salon guest who may have wanted it. When you miss an appointment, your stylist is NOT paid for the duration of the appointment.

As a result, any missed appointments without notice will result in the inability to pre-book any future appointments.
Deposits for Extended Appointments

A deposit of $100 is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer. (ei.: smoothing services, corrective color, balayage, hair extensions, etc.) This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.
Children & Additional Guests

Due to our limited space, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Children may not be brought to the salon unless they have an appointment, as we no longer have a waiting area.
